 WATER AND WASTEWATER

Water is the most precious commodity in the world that is getting scares through pollution
and climate change. The government has also highlighted water supply and sanitation as
some of the key basic services that should be provided as a minimum to all communities.
Key personnel in Water and Wastewater division of STARHT Engineering have been involved
with the provision of these services to rural communities. We have the technical and socio-
economic expertise to take these projects to successful completion with the cooperation and
support of the various stakeholders. The team has completed numerous projects under the
employ of well established consultancies for some of the countrys largest municipalities.

STARHT FINANCE SOURCES
Start-up
Start-up assets required are shown below. This includes expenses and cash needed
to support operations until revenues reach an acceptable level. Most of the
STARHT's liabilities will come from outside private investors and management
investment, however, we have obtained current borrowing from Bank of Zimbabwe
Commercial Investments, the principal to be paid off in two years. A long-term loan
through Charter Bank of Zimbabwe will be paid off in ten years.
