AIM:
The main aim of this project is to develop an e circular based on Bluetooth and android technology

PURPOSE:

In this paper we have designed a mobile application whose objective is to provide students access
to a range of personalized information direct to mobile devices Here, any user who needs to the
access this app has to first get registered by the administrator (admin) of that particular
organization. The following outlines the various categories of content which will be available from
within the application. Students can receive the latest University News, Events whilst on the move.
They can view their course details assignments/lectures, attendance posted in e learning site and
their course/exam timetables.

Microcontrollers are widely used in embedded systems
products. Microcontroller is a programmable device.

The Intel 8052 is, single chip microcontroller (µC) which

was developed by Intel in 1980 for use in embedded
systems.
A liquid crystal display (LCD) is a thin, flat
panel used for electronically displaying
information such as text, images, and moving
pictures.
Its uses include monitors for computers,
televisions, instrument panels, and other
devices ranging from aircraft cockpit displays,
to every-day consumer devices such as gaming
devices, clocks, watches, calculators, and
telephones.
 Among its major features are its lightweight
construction, its portability, and its ability to be
produced in much larger screen sizes than are
practical for the construction of cathode ray tube
(CRT) display technology.
An android app is meant for phones with an android
based operating systems. They can be downloaded
from the android app Market which is pre-loaded on
every android phone.
Blue control APP and Bluetooth Spp APP are some
examples.

Keil software
 Keil compiler is a software used where the machine
language code is written and compiled. After compilation,
the machine source code is converted into hex code which
is to be dumped into the microcontroller for further
processing. Keil compiler also supports C language code.
 Advantages:
Easy to use and reduces man power.
No need to connect notice board to PC to update the
message
Safe and secured
It is echo friendly; with this we can eliminate usage of
paper.

Applications:

Can be used in all colleges and schools

Useful for shops, offices for advertising.
 The project “WIRELESS ELECTRONIC NOTICE BOARD
USING ANDROID” been successfully designed and tested.
It has been developed by integrating features of all the
hardware components used. Presence of every module has
been reasoned out and placed carefully thus contributing
to the best working of the unit.

 Secondly, using highly advanced IC’s and with the help of
growing technology the project has been successfully
implemented.
