METHODOLOGY
• POPULATION : customers and non-customers of V-Guard in Kochi.

• SAMPLING : Non probability sampling will be used for the analysis.

• SAMPLING METHOD : Convenient sampling method will be used to


select the samples.

• SAMPLE SIZE : A total of 100 customers.

• DATA COLLECTION : The primary data will be collected by direct
interaction with the customers.

• The secondary data will be collected from company records, journals

distributed to the customers and data will be recorded.
