Cost Reduction Measures

 Shorter roof span-

 Service core of two adjacent units are combined

 Reduced ceiling height for WC;

 RBC roofing in place of conventional RCC roofing;

 Walls plastered on one side (external) only

 Rammed earth filled mud gobar laped flooring;


Can be replaced by the house owner with a suitable floor finish at a later stage

 Brick Jali work in place of regular windows.
