Rules to be a good listner
1. Be warm and attentive.

2. Show that you are listening.

3. Check understanding.

4. Be slow to pass judgement.

5. Use silence appropriately.

6. Do not bluff.

7. Provide feedback

8. Try not to interrupt too often, but do interrupt when you need to.

9. Pick the best spot to communicate by avoiding areas that are poorly lit and very noisy.
Rules to be a good talker

1. Convey messages in a clear and effective manner.

2. Use clear and unambiguous language.

3. Use sometimes non-verbal methods of communication.

4. Use repetition some times.

5. Check understanding.

6. Do not have objects in your mouth such as gum, cigarettes or food.

7. Never shout.

8. Avoid noisy background.

9. Be patient, positive and relaxed.

2. To evade mistakes while havig a conversation.

3. So the conversation don’t turn to chaos.
