 INTRODUCTION

• Technology in interior design is becoming

an increasingly important tool.
• For several decades, architecture has
migrated from manual work to the digital
environment, due to the benefits that the
latter offers for the quick and accurate
realization and presentation of projects.
• Therefore the level of detail is more
demanded for students of interior design.

 PROBLEM STATEMENT
Technology advancements in
contemporary interior design have
resulted into professionals in this
sector to pursue new frontiers.
The use of technology during the last
decades has gone through great
transformations, beginning with the
digital era that introduced CAD
assisted drawing software, making
easier the demonstration of projects
for new generations.

Consequently, the professionals of
this branch have had to make an
investment to acquire this type of
programs, which undoubtedly
facilitate the tasks when creating a
project

Specify the advantages and
disadvantages of the technology in the
interior design to improve the design
process.

 PROPOSAL
The proposal is to design a demonstrable
structure that meets the function of galleria
and artistic drawing workshop for students
of the Faculty of Architecture and Design.
This proposal aims to include freehand
drawing and in turn generate interest in
students about these drawing techniques
to apply them in their professional life. The
structure will of the sponsors and will be
exposed in the gallery for the observation
of the visitors.
