CURRENT ARCHITECTURAL

TRENDS
INTELLIGENT DESIGNS

These intelligent designs have as premise that the buildings are convertible both inside and outside. Here
are some of the most amazing examples of this domotic trend:

RUBBING ROCKS OF DUBAI .- This innovative project

carried out by David Fisher breaks with the current concept
of constructions that we all know, by allowing this
skyscraper to be able to rotate in the four cardinal
directions thus avoiding the constant struggle for the best
orientation.
INVISIBLE CONSTRUCTIONS.- The
objective of this type of constructions is to
make the perception between the
construction and the surroundings look
blurred.
GREEN ARCHITECTURE

Green architecture focuses on sustainability, and is conceived as a sustainable architectural design.

With the objective of optimizing natural resources and building systems in such a way as to minimize the
environmental impact.

The boom of a large number of processes and materials such as carbonized wood, carbon fiber and 3D parts.

It will also be for processes and new architectural trends based on the assembly of 3D parts or the construction of
prefabricated houses that allow such sustainable development, which is concerned with energy efficiency.
TOWER ASTRO.- This large tower located in
Brussels is a sign of the existing concern
for climate change, this building has
become a symbol of "green architecture"
due to the saving and minimum energy
consumption that this provides.

WOOD SKYSCRAPERS.-This project of the Danish

company CF Moller participates in a Danish
architectural competition, in which the winner can
bring his proposal to reality.
SYSTEM OF PUBLIC SPACES AND CITY PARKS LINKED TO CULTURAL
FUNCTIONS

• It is the renovation that takes place

today in the Latin American cities are
the city parks that recover and
transform the public space on a large
scale with an integral design that
includes the vegetation, the
pavements, the equipment, the
presence of water and the urban
sculpture, all depending on the
pedestrian.
GREEN SKINS AND RASTER

• The constructions in weft or filigree

that constitute an important essence
of the traditional architecture of Latin
America are taking a growing height
under the influence of the principles
of the green or sustainable
architecture at the global level.
