PS Drop Rate (%) 8712 13.36 13.72 -2.69% Degraded

 Good improvement observed in CS Drop rate but no major impact achieved in overall radio
statistics.

 Antenna sector plan generally reflects improvement in radio statistics but it seems that due to pre
condition to consider less site for physical changes desired result not achieved for the network.

 Network is highly loaded and in such cases it will be desirable to run the antenna sector plan for
the cells in poor performing areas so that user experience can be improved.

PUN492 is serving as best
server & worst polluter

Mapping is being done to show that concerned area has drop and serving cells coverage are not properly optimized. Also high
pilot pollution is being observed in the area. We can resolve radio issue with power and tilt optimization by considering coverage
and quality as sub-goal. 22
