Introduction
• In Surabaya, Indonesia there are 19 thousand citizen not
in school in the elementary school ages , 23 thousand in
secondary school ages, 17 thousand in high school ages.
Introduction
• Government have made 544 elementary schools
and 58 secondary schools not collect admission
cost and monthly cost from their student.
• The rest school that still collects cost from their
student can be also free for the needy student by
showing the needy notes from the district
government .
• still a lot people can not go to school. It because
they have no extra money for buy uniform, shoes,
books, another student equipments, and
transportations.
Objective
- Develop a model that can use by the
government for supporting the decision
making in the designing of school bus
system.

- Use only North area of Surabaya
- Focused in secondary school data
