TRAINER
PROFILE

MR. KANTHILAL HANSRAJ

Mr. Kantilal is a HRDF certified corporate trainer and attached with Global Corporate
Academy Sdn Bhd. He earned his B.Sc (Hons) in Electronics Engineering from University
of Hull, UK in 1982 and obtained his MBA from International Islamic University Malaysia
in 2001. He is a Member of Malaysian Society for Occupational Safety and Health,
Member of the Institute of Engineers, Malaysia and registered with the Board of
Engineers, Malaysia as a Professional Engineer (PE).

Mr. Kantilal started his career in 1983 as a project engineer for an offshore company
where he was providing radio and satellite navigation systems, seismic and hydrographic
surveying equipment and services to the marine/oil and gas industry. In 1989, he was
head hunted by Aluminum Co. of Malaysia (ALCOM), where he spend 25 years of his
professional career and his last position was Senior Manager for Engineering,
Maintenance and Reliability.

Mr. Kantilal has conducted lectures for private institutions and has conducted over 100
training programs for the industry. He has conducted training programs in Malaysia,
Vietnam, India and recently he has done a training project in United Arab Emirates. His
fast paced solutions, creative techniques and innovative ideas have led him to earn
praises from participants. He is very dedication and passionate about training and
development.

His forte is in Health and Safety Trainings in the area of Emergency Response Planning,
Job Hazard Analysis, Hazard Identification, Risk Assessment & Control, Fire Protection,
ERP for Chemical Spills, Working on Heights, Forklift Operations, General Health &
Safety at workplace.

NOTE:

1. Kindly note that this training proposal is meant for the in-house training program and as
such the training facilities will be provided by client.
2. Aspire will provide all the participants a comprehensive training material and one
complementary set for management reference.
3. The proposed training program is HRDF claimable under SBL scheme and as such clients
can utilize the training fund under the HRDF if the company is registered with HRDF.
4. The date of the training program will be mutually agreed between both parties before
formal confirmation of the propose training.
5. Every participant will receive a Certificate of Participation from Aspire Academy Sdn Bhd
upon successful completion of the program.
6. Aspire will conduct training evaluation to measure the level of customer satisfaction and
to asses the effectiveness of the training program.
7. In the event the training is conducted outside the KL or Selangor, Aspire will charge
RM1000 for the travelling & Accommodation of the Trainer.
