Proses Settlement

• Setelah promo berakhir lakukan transfer out seluruh sisa gimmick yang
berada di Redemption Center (toko) ke Pengirim.
• Pastikan aktual gimmick yang akan dikembalikan balance
dengan RMS.

Troubleshoot, Tips and Tricks

• Tidak bisa login (notif akun tidak aktif) = klik lupa password

• Notif tanggal dan tidak bisa lanjut redeem = ubah format bulan jadi bulan indo,
Aug>Agu, May>Mei, Dec>Des, Oct>Okt

• Upload lama (datafile terlalu besar) = kompres file via WA >


(PC)buka https://web.whatsapp.com kirim ke seseorang melalui HP yg
mengcapture lalu download file tsb via web.wa nya.
(HP)bedakan HP yg capture image dengan yg melakukan redemption, kirim file
ke Hp yg melakukan redemption.

• Buka RMS di HP tampilan nya kacau = klik opsi browser > centang "Request Desktop
Site"
