What must not be done?
 No child is to be employed
What must be done?
 Minors and women may ordinarily be employed
for the period from 6 am to 6 pm (under special
conditions)
 Women may be employed for increased hours
than stated if appropriate arrangements are
made through mutual agreements between the
GM and the concerned employees
SECTION 10: JOB SECURITY

What must not be done?


 The service of permanent worker must not be
terminated unless all the formalities prescribed
under this Act are fulfilled
