Introduction

Playing a MOBA game can be stressful. Especially if you’re a newbie with little-to-nothing
experience in the 5v5 gaming land. With so many heroes to pick with varying roles, it’s very
easy to get lost in choices before the game starts. Each role; typically Fighters, Assassins,
Archer/Marksmen, Tankers, Mages, and supports, have different uses in the battlefield.
Therefore, different ways to excel in each role.

Fret not, because today, you’re going to learn.

What the *bleep* is this nonsense about
lanes?!?

Top Lane and Bot Lane BOT

The Top and Bot lanes are usually reserved for everyone but the Marksman (which will go Mid for
the laning phase) to control. These lanes aren’t controlled by a Marksman because the Mid lane
is generally faster for heroes to develop, and safer to retreat.

Mid Lane

TOP
The Mid lane is used for Marksman heroes. The mid lane is shorter, and much safer when a hero

TOP
tries to retreat after taking enough damage. With continuous wave of minions arriving faster, a
Marksman can take advantage, developing much faster than his peers.

Jungle
The Jungle lane is the main office of the Junglers. They consist of various buffs and monsters to
help you develop and gain an edge over other heroes. Not only that, it consists of Lord and
Turtle monsters – a temporary cheat code to give your team a boost. The Jungle vital for early-
game development for the Assassins, but be wary! With so many hiding spots, you could die BOT
easily with a surprise ambush by enemy Assassins.

There are six roles. Each one with

Fighter
Playing a role in MOBA games require wits
and quick decision-making. A single mistake
may damage you and your team’s chances
of winning greatly, especially if you are Tank
already on the losing side. Some roles are
harder than others, – shoutout to the
Support users – but those roles impact the
outcome of the game greatly. If you play Mage

may lose the game.
Support

to play in the battlefield. All you have to do is deal

 Prototypical Fighters deal high amounts of

Marksmen:  A Marksmen is pretty much an Assassin with range.
For some players, their wide range attacks are used
to take towers down with ease, while some used

Marksmen:  A Marksmen’s skill lineup would almost always
include a way to escape enemies quickly. They rely
Intro mostly on their basic attack, but they can use the
skill to gain an advantage during 1v1 battles. The
skills they possess can be used to increase
damage, CC enemies, or to escape a fight to
recover before engaging into another encounter.

“Ready,  Speaking of escape skills, make sure to use them

gold from the enemy units, let it be the minions or
