Solid-Surface Hybrid Modeling

Solid-Surface Hybrid modeling is based on ZW3D unique OverdriveTM kernel. It enables engineers to work
seamlessly and simultaneously with surface and solid geometry.

• ZW3D allows solid geometry direct operate surface geometry.

• It makes deign more freedom and more efficient.

Data Exchange

• Directly read 3D Models from Catia, UG NX, Creo, Solidworks, SolidEdge and Inventor.

• Support many different standard formats, including DWG, DXF, STEP, STL, IGES, Parasolid, ACIS (SAT) format.

• Directly export Z3 models to Catia V4/V5 files.

• Export 2D/3D PDF file to vividly view the models.

Direct Edit

• With Direct Edit modeling, ZW3D gives designers the simplest way to modify features quickly and effectively
on native or imported geometry without history regeneration. It speeds up design, saves time and increases
productivity.

• Select the geometry on the model, designers can directly do copy, move, offset, extend, fillet, chamfer,
simply operation to edit the models.
PMI(Product Manufacturing Information)

Designers can intuitively create dimension and annotation on the 3D entities.

• All PMI are listed in View Manager.

• All PMI annotations can be inherited to related 2D views.

Mold Repair--Healing
