• Earthquakes are natural and unpredictable events.
• Don’t run, don’t scream, don’t push to other classmate.
• Follow the instructions of the person in charge for the
emergency.
• Turn off cigarettes or any object that may cause a fire.
• Stay away from windows, light and high voltage cables.
• Do not use elevators or ladders.
LOCATION
It is located inside the campus of the
National University of Engineering, in
the district of Rimac department of
Lima. Specifically, it is located behind of
the faculty of Geological Engineering,
Mining and Metallurgy (FIGMM)
ACCESS
It is accessed through the door 5 of
the National University of
Engineering to the faculty of
geological, mining and metallurgical
engineering, starting the route from
the gap that is behind the gym.
LOCATION
It is located in the district of Chorrillos
department of Lima, ending the circuit of beaches
ACCESS
We access to this place walking around
“Morro solar” and watching the
different kinds of structures.

 Geodynamics is the branch of geology that studies the agents or forces that intervene in the
dynamic processes of the Earth. It is divided into internal geodynamics and external
geodynamics.
 Internal geodynamics study the transformations of the internal structure of the Earth in relation
to the forces acting within, using prospecting techniques (geophysical techniques). The most
frequent geophysical techniques are:
1. Analysis of seismic waves (seismology).
2. High precision GPS measurements
3. Field structural geological studies
4. Dating of rock samples
5. Quantification of erosion rates based on isotopic content in rock samples
6. Computational simulation of processes.
 In external geodynamics, the external factors and forces of the Earth
intervene (wind, water, ice, etc ...), linked to the climate and its
interaction on the surface or outer layers. On the compendium of
methodologies and techniques that can be used on the "relief forms"
(geomorphology), and on some of its agents, such as water
(hydrogeology).
External geodynamic agents:
• Act on the bark, as a modeling agent. They move in favor of gravity.
• They are relief destroying agents.
• It is also weathering and erosion.
• Atmospheric agents
