Step 4 An email will be triggered to the reseller, CP, ECP team once we have
registered the resellers’ SIM to USSD. Processing time is 3 working days.
Step 5 For Content Partners who are integrating to ECP USSD for the first time,
kindly note the following action points:

 Register a generic keyword USSD as primary keyword in MPG via

ECPA portal. This is a one time effort.
 Invoke MPG APIType=6 (for double opt in feature) to deliver SMS
confirmation request message to requester. (Please refer to MPG
technical specification for more details).
 MOID range for USSD request is between 9000000-9999999.
 For rich content you are required to deliver/send SMS confirmation
request prior to sending the WAP push to MSDP platform
 For non rich content you are required to deliver/send SMS confirmation
request prior to sending the premium SMS.
Testing will take 1 day and we will inform you via email on the testing
schedule and provide you with the test cases.

D. Terms and Conditions

There will be a monthly connection fee of RM500. For this trial period, the first 6
months connection fee is waived.
If in between the 6 months period, the ECP request to terminate the USSD
connection , Maxis will proceed. However, it they want to reconnect to USSD, they
are not eligible for the 6 month waiver.
No separate Revenue Share for USSD. All charges will be calculated based on
existing SMS and WAP revenue share.

CP is responsible in appointing reseller.

Reseller must use Maxis postpaid/prepaid line.

On a monthly basis ECPA USSD platform Reseller Report will be posted in ECP
portal for settlement (Report will encompass MOID, reseller MSISDN, MO date
and timestamp).
