FACTORES DE
RIESGO
La valoración de
factores de riesgo
antenatales predice
únicamente el 40% de
casos de HPP. Por
tanto, un 60% de las
HPP se producen en
mujeres sin factores
de riesgo conocidos

EXPLORACIÓN OBSTÉTRICA :
- ÚTERO: descartar ATONÍA, INVERSIÓN, ROTURA.
- VAGINA Y CERVIX: DESGARROS/LACERACIONES: (Sutura)
- RESTOS PLACENTARIOS RETENIDOS: LEGRADO
- PLACENTA ACRETA : HISTERECTOMÍA
OBJETIVOS DE LA TERAPIA
• Presión sistólica 90 mm Hg.
• FC > 90 lpm.
• Volumen urinario 0,5 ml / Kg /hora.
• Estado mental normal.
Cuestiones:
¿QUÉ FLUIDO APORTAR?
¿CUÁNTO FLUIDO ADMINISTRAR?
¿EN CUÁNTO TIEMPO?
FLUIDOTERAPIA
CRISTALOIDES COLOIDES
Productos Sanguíneos
Son necesarios para incrementar el transporte de
oxígeno y corregir la coagulopatía.
CONCLUSIONES
Albúmina y coloides no-proteicos
Pueden tener un rol en pacientes sin incremento
de permeabilidad capilar
Son apropriados para situaciones especificas
Non-protein colloids
Son equivalentes a la albumina
Son preferidos a la albumina basados en las
consideraciones económicas.
