ANALYSIS and PROGRAMS

 The enrolment of Lipata Elementary School is fluctuating . For the

current school year, both primary and intermediate level enrolment
garnered forty (40) enrollees. The enrolment of LES raises by five(5) on
this current school year because of the six (6) transferred in pupils and the
number of kindergarten enrolled are larger than graduates last school year.
Perhaps the school recorded four( 4) transferred out pupils due to change of
residency and one(1) pupil died last summer because of an accident.

 To maintain the increasing number of enrolment of Lipata Elementary

School, it propose the following:
• Intensify HOME VISITATION especially those of kindergarten and migrating
family for pre-agreement between school and parents .

ANALYSIS and PROGRAMS

 Lipata Elementary School maintained the 0 or non-

repeaters in the three consecutive years.
Here are some proposed actions to sustain and maintain
the school’s 100% passing rate.
 Intensify the remedial activities such as “Partner- Tayo
“ wherein excellent learners help those who are not, “5
minutes reading habit” in which learners have to read
for 5 minutes after their lunch
 Adapt other programs that will help improve the
academic performance of the learners

ANALYSIS and PROGRAMS

 As of June 29, no tardiness and absenteeism are

recorded in every level
 To maintain the zero(0) or somehow minimize
the tardiness and absenteeism, the school propose
the following:
• Keep the learners interested and curious about the
lessons by using more learning materials and
integration of games
• Do not confine the learning process inside the four
corners of the classroom
• Group projects to encourage cooperation and
socialization

ANALYSIS, Plan, Action and Progams

Out of eighty (80) total enrollees of Lipata Elementary

School there are 53 learners who are 4p’s recipients. Some
reasons for those who are not yet recipients are their documents
are still in process, new returnees from the community and
others are really not included for their higher income
4p’s assistance is very important so the school it help the
students the following:
• It gives financial assistance for every family members
• The learners who are member of 4P’s maintained 100%
attendance.
• Lessen absenteeism and tardiness
