3. Safety Work Permit should be secure by the
contractor from Safety Part Before the start
of work each day.
4. Prodive appropriate safety sign & barricades
in areas where hazard and construction is
present.
5. Contractor’s uniform and ID shall be worn at all
time whwn inside the company premises.
6. Smocking is not allowed in the construction site
Smocke at the designated area only.
7. Littering in the workplace is prohibited.
8. Prevent spillage of chemical.
9. Report all untoward incident and accidents
immediately to safety Part.
