future or level of the people .Our students
are lacking in interview skills. They are
also going to attend interview only after
five years. So this is the right time to
indulge interview skills for them. So we
have selected the problem

Mrs.D.Ramalakshmi created
awareness to the students about the
importance of interview skills.

the creative writing competition
for students to improve their

Lack of Communication skills.

Implementation:
Our QC Team Member called his
brother who is selected in Campus in Bosch
of Germany. He insisted our students about
communication skills. He also said that
nowadays leading software companies
where eager in improving customer care
services. For these he also conducted many
activities based on Communication skills.

Outcome:
From these, our students are well
developed in Communication skills.

Cause:
Lack of fluency in English

Implementation:
To improve their fluency in
English, we allow the students to
study English Newspaper (The
Hindu) between 9.00 to 9.15 a.m. in
class room daily. We also insist the
students to develop English fluency.
We also insist the students to speak
in English during interval time. With
the help of Mr.Veerabagu we also
allow the students to see English
films in Lakshmi Hall.
Outcome:
Practice make perfect. All
students studied news paper.

Lack of pronunciation

Implementation:
English teacher Mrs.R.Kulavathy,
insisted the students about the
importance of pronunciation.
She said that pronunciation is very
important during interview. She
taught a lot of about phonetics.

pronunciation.

importance of public speaking .
With the help of her , we
conducted speech competition for
all students . We also honored the
students by giving prizes which
was given by the head master.

language. He conducted

Most of the students participated in speech, quiz,


creative writing competition which has been increased
effectively.

Most of the students started to speak English very


fluently.
 
Now, students are participated e.c.c.a.so we come to
know that they are developing their self-confidence.
 
Students spend more time to develop their extra skills
which has been increased effectively.

Our facilitator speaks about the importance of


interview skills daily. This makes the students interest
towards interview skills.

Weekly seminar will be conduct by us to develop presentation skills.

In order to create current affairs among students 5 marks will be allotted


in examination.
