 INTRODUCTION
Hotel Reservation Software is an in-house Windows
based application used by businesses to automate
their day-to-day operations such as check in ,Check
out, Invoicing, Reporting etc.
Hotel Reservation software is developed for suitable
works of the following types of accommodation like
Hotels, Motels, Guesthouses, Lodges, Inns, Cottages,
Hostels or Any other room booking which is to be
managed on a day-to-day basis.

 OBJECTIVE
Our goal is to provide Software system that helps you to
increase revenue because it saves processing time and
help to provide better management for room reservation
and booking system.
Our purpose is to offer modern Solution for Hotel
Reservation which should have whole range of integrated
modules to cover every function of Hotel Reservation.
It is simple enough to performs most complex
calculation in one mouse click by its state-of-art
technology and extremely easy to learn & use interface.

User Friendly!
• The 'Ribbon User Interface' is a task-oriented Graphical User
Interface has been implemented.
• The Ribbon commands are organized into tabs that group related
commands together for easy access.
• Software can be easily used by non technical Person because of its
self explained User Interface

User Account Control(UAC)!
• This Software Package can be used by two types of users:
• Data Entry User : This user can perform data entry operation like Check in,
Check out, Search, Invoicing & Reporting etc.
• Administrator : Admin can perform day to day operation along with Configuring
like Room Update, Editing Hotel Profile etc.

• Data Entry Password can be enabled from Configure tab.

• Both Username and Password can be Changed from Configure Tab for Both Type
of user By Administrator Only.

Error Free Entry!
• Validation has been applied in
required Field to Prevent mismatch
or Skipping Required Field or Value.
Checkout Invoice!
• Checkout bill is generated as soon as guest checked out entry
is complete.
• Checkout Bill saves in database for Future use.
Check in & Check Out Report!
• Report can be generate for Both Check in &
Check out Between Specified date.
Room Availability!
• Room availability can be checked by date if all Room has been
hired by Guest.
• Room confirmation status can be informed if guest enquire
so.
Live Search!
• Guest who has been Checked in or Checked Out can be Search by
Guest Name/Guest Address/Room No/Check in ,Checkout Date
• This can be performed by Just few word Typing in Search dialog
Box.

Export Report to Excel, Word, PDF
format.
• Report can be export in Word/Excel/PDF for Future
references, Calculation & Distribution.
Visual Report!
• Room Type hired by No of Guest can be Checked by the Pie
Chart which also shows the no of guest currently Checked in.
• Monthly Report generation to Determine Monthly Revenue
along with Room Type wise revenue.
Check out Graph!
• Monthly Check out graph shows the Total Revenue in a
Particular Month.
• It also Display the Room Type Revenue Comes in a Month.
 Configuration Access!
• Hotel profile Screen can access by Admin only who can Make Necessary
Change about Hotel like Service Tax, Discount or Address.
• Room can be add or Delete or Alter as Per requirement bu Admin.
• User name & password can be Change anytime by Admin.

This project can be used in the hotel after adding
some more useful modules in the project for which
hotel are providing services.
Utmost care and back-up procedures must be
established to ensure 100% successful
implementation of the computerized hotel system.
Now a day’s hotels are providing many other facilities,
this project can also be improved with the
improvement in the Hotels.
