PRINCIPLES OF EQUIPMENTS THROUGH WORKSHOPS
HELD BY AIR FORCE.
• GENERAL BRIEFING OF EQUIPMENT TO NON-ENGINEERS.
• A SEPARATE STALL WILL BE PUT UP PROVIDING
INFORMATION ABOUT CAREER PROSPECTS IN THE ARMED
FORCES.
• INSPIRATIONAL LECTURES FOR SCHOOL STUDENTS.
• AN OPEN COMPETITION & EXHIBITION AMONG ENGINEERS
AWARDING THE MOST INNOVATIVE DESIGN (OPEN
HARDWARE) IN GIVEN THEMES.

• Enhancing the influx of the budding engineers and
enthusiastic school-students into the defence
services.
• Attracting competent engineers towards R&D in the
defence field.
• Enhancing the technical know-how of the students
of the defence equipments and technologies.
• Improving the managerial skills by learning about
the modus operandi of the Indian armed forces.
• Increasing interaction between students and the Air
Force personnel.
• Improving the career prospects of our
colleagues and friends.
• Lowering the communication barrier between
the Air Force and the civilians.
• Familiarizing the common man with the Air
Force so as to infuse within him a broader
sense of security.
