Problem Statement


The employee management process comprises
of different problematic aspects. The
performance of employees working at
ChenOne (Gulberg outlet) is poor which leads
to many problems related to inventory
management, store operations, customer
services and billing and turnover.

INTRODUCTION
Fashion store owned by Chenab group
based in Faisalabad city.
Target market is elite.
Outlet having 4 departments.
