• “Performance recognition plan - fosters and propel ICT
usage in schools
• MOE (including PKGs and Teachers) interaction with OEF
• Provide proactive technical support, new features
• Provide continuous 2 way open communication channel
• PKG on the ground – can help monitor and measure
school success
