Adding Records to Forms

Records can be added in Two ways


 Through Record Number Navigation Box
 Through “Records” Menu

 Press “Next Record button” from “Record Number
Navigation Box”

Deleting Records in Forms

 Select the record to be deleted


 Press “delete” key
or
 Select “delete” option from “Edit” Menu

SUMMARY

 Data can also be manipulated while using Forms


 Records can also be added or deleted
 Records can be added through Record Number
Navigation Box and also Through “Records” Menu
 Records can be deleted by selecting “delete” option
from “Edit” Menu
