 Form can be created using Design view
 Form can be customized
 Fonts can be modified, colour, Border can be
done
 Enhancements such as underline, bold, etc., can
be done
 Page footer and form footer on a form can be
included

Steps in creating custom form

 In data base window


 Click ‘forms’ under objects
 Click new button or existing form to modify
 Click design view
 Select table/query for which required
 Form creation screen appears as in figure.1

Placing fields on form

 Click on field list window


 Drag field required and place it where required
 Text box and label box is created
 Alternatively, text box and label box can be
created using tool box

 Changing Font style/Font size


 Changing font colour
 Bolding. Italicized & underlining
 Setting allignment of data in text label boxes

Procedure for creating a Custom Form


 Select “Form” Tab in the database window and
Click on “New”
 Select “Design View” type
 Select Table/Query and click on OK Button
 Drag and drop the required fields in the
appropriate position
 Change the field label or font size if needed
 Save the Form
