Meanings of Amanah
Amanah is from Aman which means peace, no fear or threat. In Islamic terminology it means utmost honesty and fulfilling rights of people and Allah( SWT). All of our belongings in this world are Amanah from Allah (SWT) including our body, health, wealth, time, family and so on.

Concept of Amanah
The Prophet (saw) gave the concept of Amanah such a degree of importance and the responsibility that accompanies it, that he (saw) equated its negligence to Hypocrisy, When He Nabieena (saw) said in a Hadith narrated on the authority of Abu Huraira. "Signs of a hypocrite are three: whenever he speaks he lies; whenever he promises, he breaks his promises; and whenever he has been entrusted, be betrays his trust; even if he fasts and prays and even if he claims he is a Muslim." [Bukhari & Muslim]

Allah says in His Glorious Book: "Those who faithfully observe their trusts and their covenants," (23:08), and: "Surely Allah commands you to make over trusts to their owners and that when you judge between people you judge with justice; surely Allah admonishes you with what is excellent; surely Allah is Seeing, Hearing," (04:58), and: "O you who believe! Be not unfaithful to Allah and the Messenger, nor be unfaithful to your trusts while you know." (08:27). Allah, the Most Exalted, wants people in their lives and in their relation with one another at the individual and social levels, as well as at the level of the entire nation and reality, to base these relations on trust, especially when it comes to the vital issues related to life and to people's economic, social, and financial welfare, etc.

Actually, Allah wants people to live the deep sense of trust. He wants people to have regard for one another according to conduct and not outer appearance, for the Prophet (p.) says: "Do not look at how much they fast or pray but look instead at their truthfulness and trustworthiness;" actually these two traits are what signifies how much one is committed to the Islamic message. It is narrated that Imam Al-Baqir (a.s.) once said: "There are three things which Allah, the Mighty and the Glorious, has not permitted anyone to forsake: - returning a trust to its owner, irrespective of whether he is a good person or an evil one. - fulfilling ones promises and covenants, irrespective of whether it has been made to a good person or an evil one. - being good and kind towards ones parents, irrespective of whether they are good or evil."

It was also narrated that the Messenger of Allah (p.) says: "Whoever betrays a trust in this world and does not return it to its owners, he would die not embracing my religion and he will be met with Allahs anger." He is also reported to have said that he who has no trust has no faith. Only people of Amanah will go to Jannah - During the Khayber battle, companions started talking about those who became martyrs. When they mentioned one name, Prophet (SAW) said no because he saw him in hellfire and stole a sheet the official property. He told Omar to announce that only people of imam and Amanah will go to Jannah.

Khayanah
Khayanah is opposite to Amanah - It means not to pay the rights of individuals and of Allah (SWT) in honest way. - Happens by the heart, tongue, hands, feet, etc - Allah (SWT) knows of the tricks that deceive with the eyes, and all that the hearts of men conceal. Ghafir, 40:19 Burden of Khayanah on the Day of Judgment -Jihad fisabeelillh eliminate all sin except khayanah ( mistrust of Amanah ).
