Data Center Design & Implementation

A Data center is a facility used to house computer systems and associated components, such as telecommunications and storage systems. It generally includes redundant or backup power supplies, redundant data communications connections, environmental controls (e.g., air conditioning, fire suppression) and security devices.
Data center classification
Tier 1

Single non-redundant distribution path serving the IT equipment Non-redundant capacity components Basic site infrastructure guaranteeing 99.671% availability
Tier 2

Fulfills all Tier 1 requirements Redundant site infrastructure capacity components guaranteeing 99.741% availability
Tier 3

Fulfills all Tier 1 & Tier 2 requirements Multiple independent distribution paths serving the IT equipment All IT equipment must be dual-powered and fully compatible with the topology of a site's architecture Concurrently maintainable site infrastructure guaranteeing 99.982% availability
Tier 4

Fulfills all Tier 1, Tier 2 and Tier 3 requirements All cooling equipment is independently dual-powered, including chillers and Heating, Ventilating and Air Conditioning (HVAC) systems Fault tolerant site infrastructure with electrical power storage and distribution facilities guaranteeing 99.995% availability

Network & Security Solutions

Communications in data centers today are most often based on networks running the IP protocol suite. Data centers contain a set of switches, firewalls etc that transport traffic between the servers and to the outside world. Redundancy of the Internet connection is often provided by using two or more upstream service providers. Network security elements deployed: Firewalls, VPN gateways, intrusion detection systems, etc. Also common are monitoring systems for the network and some of the applications. Additional off site monitoring systems are also typical, in case of a failure of communications inside the data center. Structured cabling is building or campus telecommunications cabling infrastructure that consists of a number of standardized smaller elements (hence structured) called subsystems. We help you in designing Network / Security solutions along with industry standard structured cabling.

Telecom Design & Setup

Open Source telephone (PBX), Like any PBX, it allows attached telephones to make calls to one another, and to connect to other telephone services including the (PSTN) and VoIP) services. This software turns an ordinary computer into a communications server with following features IP PBX systems, VoIP gateways, conference servers etc. This solution provides Voicemail services with Directory, Call Conferencing, Interactive Voice Response, Call Queuing. It has support for three-way calling, caller ID services, ADSI, IAX, SIP, H.323 (as both client and gateway), MGCP (call manager only) and SCCP/Skinny.

Server Design & Setup

The main purpose of a data center is running the applications that handle the core business and operational data of the organization. Such systems may be proprietary and developed internally by the organization, or bought from enterprise software vendors. Such common applications are ERP and CRM systems. A data center may be concerned with just operations architecture or it may provide other services as well. Often these applications will be composed of multiple hosts, each running a single component. Common components of such applications are databases, file servers, application servers, middleware, and various others. Some of the servers at the data center are used for running the basic Internet and intranet services needed by internal users in the organization, e.g., e-mail servers, proxy servers, and DNS servers. We can also design & setup Active Directory, DNS, File Servers etc for your organisation.

Mail Server Solution

For most businesses today, e-mail is the mission-critical communications tool that allows their people to produce the best results. What Are The Benefits Of Using Microsoft Exchange Server Key Benefits: Increases the productivity of todays employees who require the ability to respond quickly at home, work, or on the go Offers employees a single inbox to access all of their important communicationsincluding voice mail, fax, and e-mailwhile avoiding the cost and effort of maintaining separate systems Delivers a fast, seamless, and familiar Microsoft Office Outlook experience across different devices and clients with no requirement for extra software or services outside of an Internet or basic phone connection Improves collaboration and productivity by making it easier to find and share data, documents, and schedules from anywhere

Anywhere Access

Unified Messaging Web-Based Messaging Mobile Messaging Collaboration and Productivity

New Exchange Unified Messaging goes beyond e-mail to deliver more types of communications to the inbox, including faxes and voice mail, as well as offering new capabilities such as voice access from any standard phone. A rich Outlook-like experience from any Internet connected computer with a supported browser provides encrypted access to the inbox, powerful search, and the ability to view different types of attachments. Exchange ActiveSync technology delivers an improved e-mail and calendaring experience on mobile devices, while offering enhanced device and security policy control. Enhanced calendaring, out-of-office, resource booking, and meeting scheduling capabilities simplify collaboration and increase productivity.

Built-in Protection

Anti-spam and Antivirus Compliance Business Continuity Confidential Messaging

Built-in defenses against spam and phishing e-mail as well as additional integrated filtering and multi-engine scanning capabilities provide advanced protection.* Controls for messages in transport or requiring retention, and flexible journaling help meet organizational, legal and regulatory compliance requirements. New data replication capabilities (local and clustered) keep the system highly available while limiting the need and frequency for tape backup. New encryption features for both internal and Internet-based messages help protect the confidentiality of messages in transit.

Internet Gateway & Content Filtering

Internet Gateway provides the users of corporate networks with controlled and secure access to the Internet and delivers the following tasks; Guard the enterprise's servers and workstations against attacks from the Internet. Filter traffic & block unwanted advertising. Connect remote departments and employees. Analyze network traffic and set restrictions for the user Internet Gateway & Content Filtering includes the following key components: Web Filter Virus Blocker Spam Blocker Attack Blocker Phish Blocker Spyware Blocker Protocol Control Firewall Intrusion Prevention OpenVPN Reports

Server Backup Solutions

Backup solutions are data protection solutions that take care of data security problems and focuses on capacity, reliability, performance, and durability. Symantec NetBackup

Key Benefits Reduce costs and complexity Enabling more efficient backups and faster restores of virtual environments Manage both physical and virtual servers and multiple backup and recovery products through one console. Ensure rapid and easy recovery of critical applications and backup data.

Virtualization Design & Setup

Transform your Business with Virtualization Improve the efficiency and availability of IT resources and applications through virtualization. An automated datacenter built on the production-proven VMware virtualization platform lets you respond to market dynamics faster and more efficiently than ever before. Run multiple operating systems on a single computer including Windows, Linux and more. Reduce capital costs by increasing energy efficiency and requiring less hardware while increasing server to admin ratio. Ensure your enterprise applications perform with the highest availability and performance. Build up business continuity through improved disaster recovery solutions and deliver high availability throughout the datacenter.

Data Center Monitoring

We also provide Industry Standard monitoring system that enables organizations to monitor entire IT infrastructure to ensure systems, applications, services, and business processes are functioning properly. In the event of a failure, it sends alert to technical staff of the problem, allowing them to begin remediation processes before outages affect business processes, end-users, or customers. Features Comprehensive Monitoring Capabilities to monitor applications, services, operating systems, network protocols, system metrics and infrastructure components with a single tool. Visibility Centralized view of entire monitored IT infrastructure. Detailed status information available through web interface. Awareness & Reporting Fast detection of infrastructure outages. Alerts can be delivered to technical staff via email or SMS. Escalation capabilities ensure alert notifications reach the right people. Availability reports ensure SLAs are being met

Cluster Solutions for High Availability

What Is Clustered System? A clustered system uses multiple CPUs to complete a task. It is different from parallel system in that clustered system consists of two or more individual systems tied together. The clustered system can be of the following forms: A) Active / Passive Cluster B) Active / Active Cluster
