WBS l mt danh sch chi tit nhng g cn lm hon thnh mt d n. Nu lm WBS tt, s xc nh chnh xc cc bc hon thnh d n. Tham gia xy dng WBS: ngi qun l d n, khch hng, thnh vin t, ngi ti tr d n.
