Business customers under a consumer contract and Individual Responsibility Users (IRUs) must purchase and activate iPhone 3G in AT&T retail stores Apple retail stores will only provide service to consumers Tethering to iTunes is required to complete activation Tethering can be completed centrally or by the individual.
