Freedom Card
What is Freedom Card?
The Freedom Card is Indias first General Purpose Reloadable Prepaid Card brought to you by Development Credit Bank Limited and ITZ Cash Card Limited. It is a smart and cost-effective alternative to carry cash and make payments. The Freedom Card is simple, convenient and safe to use for a variety of services which include: Shopping at over 500,000 Merchant Establishments (which accept Visa Cards) like supermarkets, pharmacies, clothing stores, medical stores, and more. Make utility bill payments, book Rail & Air e-Ticket, online Mobile Recharge, Mobile Post Paid Bill Payment, DTH Subscription Renewals, payments for Government Services like Property Tax, Water bill payments and Shopping online or at ItzCash World Outlets. Withdrawing cash from ATMs, (which accept Visa cards). Transfer Money(Domestic Remittance) * (to be introduced shortly)

Freedom Card: where can it be used?
Freedom Card can be used to make payment at any merchant establishments (e.g. Spencers, mobile store, Big Bazaar etc) through any pos terminal who accepts VISA It can be used to do online transaction with any merchant who accepts VISA and also at Itz payment gateway Customer can withdraw money from any VISA enabled ATM.

DCB Bank No frills Account along with Freedom Card on request with Zero Balance at no additional charge Initially available as ESC (Essential Services Card) for making payments like Rail and Air booking, Prepaid, Postpaid, DTH, Insurance premium etc Can be upgraded to Open loop Card (OLC) or General Purpose Reloadable Card(GPR) by providing requisite KYC without additional fees Reloadable for a minimum value of Rs.250 ESC Maximum Rs. 10,000 OLC Maximum Rs. 50,000
