In this modern society, ict is the bed rock on which most developed organization function. However, to explain this necessity of how ict is so important, it is essential to define ict in a lay mans term. Ict is the use of modern information communication systems to link data and make communication between entities for easier, simpler, cheaper and effective dissimilation.
