Introduction
This presentation is written to impart the viewpoint of all on a particular topic verified by reasons and examples. Sometimes, the opposing viewpoint is also suggested. It requires the general unbiased opinion on a particular problem and his/her capability to back his points up so that the audience can easily be convinced with his/her position.

Let's look at some traits that put women in the forefront:

More flexible: Research says that biologically women have a smaller brain as compared to the male one, but they have more nerve cells. They are more right-brain- oriented and that makes women faster at transferring data. Women are also more flexible and find it easy to multitask as compared to men. Team-building qualities: These are probably intrinsic to women in the present socio-economic situation. Women are better team-builders and this stems from the fact that they are essentially creators and home-makers. Theyre keener on co-operation and hence more easily compromise and take everyones opinions into account.

More accessible and better at empowering people: The inherent maternal instinct that is within every woman makes them more accessible and they are more ready and willing to empower others. Define job expectations better and give excellent feedback: Thats because they are generally more articulate. They also shower appreciation easily and seek opinion without getting jittery. Generally, they outperform men at communications and interpersonal skills Better adaptability: By nature, women are more adaptable and malleable.
